Grief is a challenging journey, and certain times of the year, like Christmas, can bring memories of loved ones who have passed to the forefront of our minds.

Our Virtual Tree of Remembrance is here for you to honour and remember your loved ones. Whether or not they were cared for by us, we welcome you to place a tribute on our tree. You can choose from a star, bauble, or candle, or even add a photo of your loved one.

Complete the form with a donation made in memory of your loved one. This can be a private amount, and it will directly support patients and their whānau, helping us provide the special comfort and care they need.
