Bereavement Support Groups
Navigating grief can be an overwhelming and isolating experience. Our Bereavement Support Groups are available for those whose loved one died while receiving Hospice care. A compassionate space will be provided, where you can connect with others who understand what you are going through. Guided by a trained facilitator, these small, supportive groups offer an opportunity to share your journey and find comfort in the company of others who are also coping with loss.
