Our Support Services Team plays a crucial role in providing emotional, social, and spiritual support to our patients and their families/whānau. 

We understand that facing life-limiting illnesses brings forth unique challenges, and our trained counsellors are here to assist not only patients but also their families, whānau, and carers in coping with these issues and providing support during bereavement.

Counselling and Crisis Support

Counselling is a valuable process designed to address personal, social, or psychological challenges, and you are encouraged to schedule an appointment with one of our counselling team members. 

In the case of a crisis, immediate support is accessible through the National Helpline at 1737, providing assistance from trained counselors 24/7.

Social Work Services

Our team of dedicated Social Workers offers compassionate care, expert advice, and unwavering support to address a wide range of personal and social challenges.
