5 fabulous retail HospiceShops located around Taranaki
"Turning second hand goods into first class care"
Our 5 HospiceShops (address and trading hours are below) are major financial contributors supporting Hospice Taranaki. Hospice Taranaki provides specialised comfort, care and support (palliative care) to patients and families/whanau free of charge at a very challenging time of their lives.
If you have items you would like to donate but due to the size or quantity you are unable to deliver your donations, then please telephone or email the nearest HospiceShop so they may organise collecting your donations.
Donations need to be good quality for resale purposes... Donations should be clean, with all working pieces, in working order, if breakable - then packed carefully.
Furniture is in high demand at the moment - non ripped/torn/broken
Donations may be sold in our HospiceShops, on Trade Me (HTI), on Instagram (Handle) or in a HospiceShop Auction. We look to make the most money from your donation to support our Hospice services for patients and their families/whanau.
Antique and Collectibles annual auction is about 'valuing' donations for at least 12 months to get a good buyers mixture - read about how the team of Jessica Sinclair and Tom Philipson put the auction together.
