Summary of Our Purpose

Hospice Taranaki Inc is a charitable organisation dedicated to caring for people with life-limiting illness across the Taranaki region. We provide compassionate support to patients and their whānau, including end-of-life care, bereavement, and spiritual support, with dignity and comfort.

We operate hospice facilities, including Te Rangimarie in New Plymouth, deliver care throughout the community, and work in partnership with health professionals, Hospice New Zealand, and other aligned organisations. Our work is supported through charitable fundraising and community involvement, and we exist solely for charitable purposes, with no financial gain to members.
