Welcome.
We are here for you.
Being referred to Te Kahu Pairuri Hospice Taranaki can bring many questions and emotions. We want you and those closest to you to know that you are not alone.
Our care is centred on you – your wishes, your comfort, and what matters most to you. Whether you receive care in your own home, a residential care facility, hospital, or at our specialist hospice, Te Rangimarie, our experienced team will work alongside you and your whānau to provide compassionate, personalised support every step of the way.
Care that puts you first
Hospice care is about much more than treating symptoms. We care for the whole person, supporting your physical, emotional, cultural, spiritual, and practical needs, while also caring for those who love you. We believe that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect—because you matter simply because you are you.
There is no cost to patients or their families for any of our hospice services. Thanks to the generosity of our community, our care is available to anyone who needs it, when they need it.
